Lomi Lomi :: Massage :: $150

Lomilomi truly comes from the heart, is nurturing to the core and is about balance and unity (lokahi), a connection to Earth (aina), body (kino) and spirit (akua). Lomi massage is an ancient and sacred bodywork that opens a path to the self discovery though the transcendance of time and space.  Being in a sacred space allows for the opportunity to rediscover oneself and helps to reintegrate body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing breath work, diet  and conscious touch allows the entire being to relax, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviors that cause stagnation in the cells of our body. There is great opportunity for personal transformation during sessions. More than just a fluid massage, this technique can entail aspects that do not include touch at all, and every session is specifically catered to the needs of the one receiving at every moment.

Integrated Massage :: $150

Integrated Massage is therapy altered to best suit your needs. This therapy recognizes that each person is more than the total components of anatomy, physics, and chemistry and is instead affected by emotions, thoughts, social interactions, mind, spirit, consciousness, soul, and more. Integrative Massage combines multiple therapies to locate and alleviate health challenges through individual body systems. Includes a range of techniques that range widely including energetic techniques, deep tissue and myofascial therapies.

Craniosacral Therapy :: $150

Craniosacral Therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area. Craniosacral Therapy is a non invasive therapy that helps with everything from autism spectrum disorders, chronic pain, migraines, other headaches, insomnia, depression, mood disorders and more.

Swedish Massage :: $80
Swedish Massage relaxes muscles by applying pressure to them and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish Massage involves the use of kneading, stroking, friction, tapping, and vibration and may provide relief from stiffness, numbness, pain, constipation, and other health problems. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Other possible benefits of include stimulation of circulation, an increase in muscle tone, and a balance of the musculo-skeletal systems. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes.

Awakening Vitality does not offer “by the hour” massages. The timing of each session will flex and is entirely dependent on the circumstances of Your body. Each session is an average of 1.5 Hours with time for discussion of Your needs and expectations, as well as recommendations of stretches and dietary changes that may help You heal yourself most quickly. Should the session be terminated less than 24 hours in advance, payment is still owed.
